Lent is here and now is the time to make a decision on what you will give up, and if your strong enough to stick to it!

Some good and popular options are:

Alcohol, Smoking, Coffee, Bad Snacks - Crisp, chocolate, cakes etc

Alcohol would be one of the best ones for most people to give up but who will really stick to it? For most of you if you can challenge yourself and last 40 days without alcohol you will, without a doubt see a difference in your body fat!

What a lot of people are doing as well as giving something up is to do something healthy for 40 days as well.

Why not take my challenge?

You dont need any equipment so you can do this from your living room. No excuses!

100 Squats, 100 Press ups and 100 crunches every day for 40 days!

You can do them in any combination you like to allow you to complete them in the fastest time. Here are some examples.

1)      Rounds of 15 squats, 15 press ups and 15 crunches X 6 and a round of 10 squats, 10 press ups and 10 crunches = 100 of each. Have a small rest at the end of each round then go again.

2)      Rounds of 25 squats, 25 press ups and 25 crunches X 4 = 100 of each

See if by the end of 40 days you can do 100 of each exercise in less than 3 rounds. Maybe time yourself and see how fast you can do 100 of everything in any order you like. For those of you who find this too easy then bump it up to 150-200 of each exercise. Push yourself and challenge yourself and you will see the results!
