Everybody is different and therefore everybody needs a different food plan. Something that works for your friend might not work for you and vice versa. So you need to find what food is best for you and when to eat it.
When the Nutrition programme and Personal Training is combined in the right way you will see much greater results than if you were doing just one or the other. An athlete is never at their best from just exercise but when you work a specialist nutritional plan into a training regime you can achieve optimum fitness!
Through filling out a weekly day food diary, I can analyse what you're eating and design a healthy eating programme best suited to you.
I also work closely with Nutrition Specialist Charlotte Masters to help my clients achieve optimum results.
Charlotte is a qualified Nutritionist with a BSc (Hons) in Human Nutrition from Bath Spa University and a member of the Nutrition Society.
Charlotte specialises in family nutrition and weight management to prevent and treat today's increasing rates of lifestyle related diseases such as Obesity, Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and Coronary Heart Disease.
Charlotte realised her fascination of nutrition when cooking all of her son's baby food during weaning and throughout infancy as well as embarking on a health and nutrition mission for herself in an attempt to regain her pre-pregnancy body in a healthy, realistic and safe fashion to lose over 4 stone in less than a year, by which time she had a washboard stomach and bundles of energy for motherhood!
